Once your order is placed, it generally takes 1–3 business days to process and pack. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST, Monday through Friday, will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends may be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may experience delays.

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Our 14 Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

✨ In its original packaging
✨ Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
